02.About the Service

Read Hindi Manga provides a catalog and chapter reader using records and files from external sources. The site also offers software packages through its sale page. A catalog listing or file handover does not establish permission to republish third-party stories, artwork or translations, and does not imply official publisher affiliation.

03.Intellectual Property Rights

All manga titles, character logos, artwork, cover illustrations, story arcs, and associated trademarks belong exclusively to their respective copyright holders, authors, and authorized publishing houses.

Software package scope and handover terms are agreed separately with the site operator. Source-code handover does not transfer third-party content rights. Third-party software dependencies retain their own licenses. Any domain transfer requires the seller to own the registered domain and agree to transfer it as part of the deal.

04.User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When interacting with the Service, you agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Deploying automated scrapers, spiders, or headless bots to mass-download chapter images or bypass HMAC streaming protections.
• Performing Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against our edge proxies or backend vault servers.
• Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with security nonces and scramble seed algorithms.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local and international regulations.

05.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Read Hindi Manga, its maintainers, contributors, or server hosts be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service.

06.Third-Party Links & Sources

The Service aggregates metadata and imagery through external scanlation APIs, community networks, and public web endpoints. We do not exercise editorial control over third-party content, nor do we endorse external websites linked within the catalog. You access third-party content at your own discretion.

07.Modifications to Service & Terms
